Side note, white hat officiates the least of anyone on the crew. He was the white hat in the infamous Duke Miami kickoff game. the worst officiated play in history

I can't tell but I've been to that stadium, and in the couple wide shots, the upper deck looked empty. That would mean an absolute max of 50k n the stadium.
