The refs didn’t call it because they ruled the pass was to the RB going out in the flat not to WR. So DB who hit WR was engaging with the WR who he considered a blocker. But it was the RB who was the blocker and the WR the intended receiver. OSU got a gift and Cignetti was ****ed
