Conference Championship Saturday

Has Manny Diaz done that at all this season to any team?

So we now need an Alabama 10 point or greater loss or an Alabama win.

If they lose by over 10 they will be a 3 loss team to our 2, will have lost to our common opponent (FSU), and solve the ND vs Miami issue by dropping below both.

Glad he said that, everyone is acting like ND got way better and Miami ahs been just barely beatong teams when Miami is way better than game 1 as well. Miami also beat ND worse than the score, Mario just let up.
Not to mention Cowherd has been beating the drum of ND played like the 121, 123, 125, 127 rated defenses. Their schedule sucks. Must be nice to plug in Navy and Army every year.

I hate that everyone is acting like there will be congressional hearings and riots in the street if ND is left out. It’s not a big deal. It’s the right thing and everyone will move on and get excited for the playoffs. If ND doesn’t like it join a conference and play a real schedule.

People are over estimating the fallout of whichever way it goes. It’ll be the greatest injustice of all time for some no matter how it plays out for about a week, and then everyone to move on.

We would need Simpson to get hurt early and then Georgia to win 35-0 with Russell looking terrible for Bama to get left out.

What could Sitake have done differently today?

His freshman QB (who was a fill-in this year when their No. 1 QB got kicked out of school in the summer) was limited as a passer — and then he's hobbled by a bad ankle today. What was the answer at that point?

Pretty much every defense gonna wear out in a similar situation to what BYU faced
Even with the QB who went to Tulane the offense would've been the same. His playstyle is similar to their current QB. The outcome would've been the same.
