Concern about App State

My only concern is the teams ability to play at altitude as their altitude is 3333 feet and anyone from Florida who has gone for a walk at that altitude will notice a quicker shortness of breath. I hope we go a day early for that reason as that is only concern I have as we match up too well against them.

If we play a fundamentally sound game and don't turn the ball over, we'll win easily.

If we play sloppy and let the crowd get into our heads and put the ball on the ground, they could make a game out of it.
 
This isn't the Rockies. These players are in great shape. App St will be "cramping" all over when dealing with our tempo. They could hardly handle UT's tempo and offense at the end.

My concern is that we beat them so soundly that the SEC blowhards get in their feelings and revert to their base instinct to trash us all over their airwaves.

Tennessee fans will be watching that game carefully. There ego depends on it.

They run a triple option from the shotgun. With a thin, young defense, we will get challenged. Good prep for GT.

This is no Denver Colorado. The players will not be affected at all by the altitude in Boone
 
It does make a difference, but not so much that it should be a game changer. I lived in the area, 25 minutes away in Banner Elk after growing up in Palm Beach county. You do notice a difference at first, not walking around so much, but hiking, etc. These guys are all young, good lungs, and it won't affect a thing IMO. A day to acclimatize wouldn't matter much, but the nearest airport is a couple of hours away so I can't imagine them not rolling into town on Friday.
 
I could never picture our fan base being concerned about such petty issues in our hey days. This is mind boggling.
 
We are going to crucify the mighty app st. Offensively we are going to do some nasty things to them. Defensively we will be OK because our offense will take them out of their game plan.

We should allow App State to single digits. Their o is terrible.

We might struggle offensively vs them ourselves. Their D is pretty good. I predict about 21-3 Miami.
