Comparing what Shannon, Golden, Richt and Diaz inherited

Miami was 19th in cfb talent composite when Richt took over in 2016.

Richt upgraded our talent so that we were..... 18th in talent composite when Manny took over in 2019. Truth be told, Richt and Golden were both equal(ly bad) at recruiting.

The talent composite didn't exist before 2015. How do people think the talent that Shannon inherited in 2007 and Golden inherited in 2011 compares to what Diaz has inherited?
