It's actually the Narrow-barred Spanish Mackerel or simply Indo-Pacific King Fish to East African anglers. Looks like a wahoo at first glance coming up to the awaiting gaf because of the blue color and stripes.

This reminds me of those posts on gator tears I did years and years ago in Colombia where I had those fruit in the hat ladies holdup gators suck signs. lol I want to see more pics!
