Colorado vs Houston

Colorado sending the house on every play to try to get pressure is pathetic. If only they had hired a “pass rush coach” to teach their linemen to rush the passer.

It will all end just fine because no one in the media (ESPN) will ever admit the circus they created when he went there wasn’t all it was made up to be.
Their fans have already begun questioning why he doesn’t recruit high school, visit families, have a staff with coaches that have coached college and all the other issues. What I find funny that hasn’t been even noticed is how the media kept showing his press conference about players not being allowed to wear the hoodies up in class, slides or wear earphones in class - both which I find is fine if he wants to have “rules” yet he is not a great example going to press conferences and games with his hoodie up and sunglasses on.
Just not a fan but it isn’t just him…not a fan of “stars” that love attention.

I'm liking Staub so far.

Btw... there has to be something deeper with that QB decision Deion made. You get one of the top QB transfers, one of the top QB recruits.... and you go with the 3rd string after one game? And yes, Staub didn't start last game but he played alot and finished.
Salter wasn't very good last year playing against Liberty's competition. Julian Lewis stinks and should still be a senior in high school.

Once it was clear that Staub was starting this was an easy lay the points game.

He never did, but CU was desperate and made him an offer that he couldn’t refuse. This was all about the money, if it weren’t, he wouldn’t have left JSU. It was all a con, as many of us knew it was.

I dont know about a con… coaches take jobs at schools they have no real ties to in regions they weren’t tied to often. Sometimes it works… Jimmy and Erickson here, Sark at Texas. Sometimes it doesn’t… Strong at Texas, Mendenhall at UVA.

Colorado knows what they were getting the way they turned over coaches every couple years prior to him. They wanted flash in the pan and they got it. But keeping it a buck him making that move is par for the course in coaching.

Colorado got what they paid for: relevance. It was a smart move, really. I'm guessing the continued health issues cause him to step away, likely after this season.

Him taking 0 interest in recruiting when he first got there cause he had Shadeur and Hunter coming with him sure is making a difference now.

He could have had a top 15-20 roster in all of CFB but chose not to…

This is fair. I want Prime to succeed.

However, I disagree with his 40/40/20 strategy.
