Colorado forward Bangot Dak is looking to visit Miami this upcoming week, sources tell League Ready.

Dak, the 7-foot forward, is hearing from the likes of Oregon, SMU, Vanderbilt, and St. John's among those in pursuit.

Miami's first confirmed official visit this cycle is Georgia forward Somto Cyril and Kansas forward Bryson Tiller. More visits are expected now that the dead period has wrapped up on Friday morning.

Bangot Dak is currently the No. 152 overall transfer and the No. 30 among power forwards in the 247Sports Transfer Rankings, averaging 11.5 points per game as a junior during the 2025-26 season. Standing 7-foot, 203 pounds, the Lincoln native added 6.5 rebounds, 1.4 assists, and 1.6 blocks in 25.7 minutes per contest across 32 games played this season.

Contingency plan, Dak can play the 4 or 5 if needed. He usually prefers to play the 4, and with that much length on the floor with Somto and Dak sheesh, that would be nasty work. But with Gaskins coming in, he'll be our starting 4. I'm very confident in that, and if Dak comes, he will either be a backup for both of them or start over Somto.
