We returned 70% of an 10-3 team had a top 5 recruiting class with beast all over it, had room for at least one more special teamed and we had an incredibly favorable schedule. Our coach **** the bed. Now we’ve already lost legacies and studs who would have stepped on the campus get major pt.

The only new wrinkle is using a massive amount of modern analytics in order to put the players in the best possible position to win. 95% of coaches don't understand this or don't care. Oklahoma's coach is supposed to be an offensive genius but he chooses not play defense and now he's paying for it.

You right a loss is a loss but playoff teams don’t get beat by a Purdue by 29 also no osu has the bodies to match up with Bama but they would still get Wally wooped! Everybody and their momma knew both of these games were gonna be blow outs.... big 12 don’t play defense and ND just sucks

Auburn beat bama and Georgia last yr. also they play Alabama, LSU, miss state and Georgia every yr. they played Clemson last yr. also. (Lost 13-16)

That is exactly what people thought in 2014. Ohio State whipped bamas ***. Why? Because they had a great coach who knew how to prepare his team.

C’mon Joe; if we were dominating like we were, or f it, just competeting for CFP spots year in and out, would it still be boring?
 
Corrections, there is Bama, two or three wannabes and the rest. It is boring. When we ruled, it was exciting we would get all proud and overconfident and good teams with great coaching could sneak up on us an win titles. Plus we would get screwed by the establishment whenever possible for some more. On the field we were always showtime. Today, Bama has the entire establishment in the bag, best coach, and license to pay off players and family alike. Plus always getting in regardless of losing games.

It's not a hard concept, acquire the best 85 high school players money can buy and marry them with a bloated coaching staff and 'cutting edge' S&C programme.

The only admirable thing Saban is doing is getting away with it.

No ofcourse not, but its basically been Bama n Clemson for the past half decade and it looks like its gonna stay that way for the next 3 years with UGA having an outside chance of sneaking in.

Then we do something about it.

Richt f’d this up. We were the talk of the town, and he gave all that momentum back. The difference is Dabo and Saban are obsessed with winning; it’s personal to them. Meyers was the first Coach to win the CFP and smacked Saban dead in his mouth. Meyers may want some more CFB in the future b/c he’s competitive. Smart is now making noise. We’re stuck in mediocrity due to coaches who are more concerned w relationships and friendships than winning. Shannon tried, but bless his heart, his head is just too small for his body and the pea brain decisions he made reflected such.

Once we get that alpha coach, we’ll rule CFB again, bet $. No team is cooler than Miami when we’re winning. Everyone says football is better when Miami is the bad guy. Right now, we’re trying to good guys, and we need to become Hollywood Hulk Hogan again. Lol. That’s all I got. Lol.
