College Football Sucks....

It's a working business model, which happens to be bad for the future of the sport. Right now they are rolling in the dough and don't want to change a thing. It's darn near as fake and scripted as professional wrestling. It's not what it was 20 years ago, when they didn't have entire seasons scripted.

UGA and OSU are the only teams that have a chance to beat Bama and Clemson. And even OSU would be pushing it. Everyone knew ND was going to get pummeled bc they always do. Everyone knew OU was going to get pummeled bc they can't stop mediocre offenses much less an offense with legit NFL talent. I get the reasons to invite them over a two-loss UGA team and an OSU team that got stomped on by Purdue (who subsequently got embarrassed by a middling SEC team). But man this just isn't exciting at all.

The **** are you talkin about. Ohio State could definitely beat Alabama. They have the coach to do it. Lincoln Riley is showing his youth.

Pro Ball and college ball have been heading in different directions for years. If it wasn’t for the occasional crazy upset(kick six) people would stop watching. It’s coming soon. Mark Richt tried to kill the Canes and Mark Emmett will try to kill college ball. Sad times.

Go Canes!

It's not a hard concept. Run the team with military-like discipline and accountability along with good recruiting/player development. It's the same thing Miami did for our 5 championships. The only new wrinkle is using a massive amount of modern analytics in order to put the players in the best possible position to win. 95% of coaches don't understand this or don't care. Oklahoma's coach is supposed to be an offensive genius but he chooses not play defense and now he's paying for it.
