Big 12: 'Horns Down' OK, depending on usage

If a player quickly flashes the "Horns Down" sign after scoring a touchdown in a non-taunting manner, he likely will not be penalized, the Big 12 said.

Well Bevo almost turned the uga mascot into the dead uga mascot so clearly it has trouble going after competition it's own size.

But on a another note: if the horns down is a penalty, then what is the punishment for when opposing players do the U down hand gesture? Like those **** from unc or brian burns did last season with that purse they use
