Yeah, if you take Brad out of the equation it would be a closer race. I think Al still wins hands down with his wonder defense run by Mark. Coley is working hard to catch the other two but they have a huge lead.

Moreover, how many times during Al Golden's tenure have we given up 500+ yards?

Now compare that to a historically great Miami team.

Wait, **** that. Compare that to a Randy Shannon or Larry Coker team.

This defense is the worst defense this program has ever seen, while the offense is bad, but not anywhere close to being historically bad. Clearly these posters just became Miami fans and don't even remember as recent as 2007.
 
Coley is bad but D'no once had as as the 120th defense in yards in the nation. He's had historically bad defenses even if they have been a tad decent at times this season.

When in the **** have we had an offense that bad? The closest I can remember is Nix.

We are currently sitting at 40 something in total and scoring offense

The horrible thing about Coley is that he's probably our next HC. Knowing our cheap, clueless administration and BOT, this is exactly the kind of hire they'd love to make, and that's ONLY if they actually fire Golden. No guarantees on that happening, either.

So if we didnt have and inept o cord we are undefeated thats my poiint, we are loaded on offense not like defense where we have had a ton of injurys, bottom line coley is coting us and undefeated season right now and everyone loves him i just dont get it
 
Dnofrio is 1000 times worse.

Coley sucks but is doing a decent job considering the OL he was given by Kehoe and Golden.
 
I would keep Beard because of his recruiting ties but everyone else can go.

Coley is being paid like a top 25 coordinator and its insane.
 
Only main qualm with Coley is his failure to sustain long drives to keep our lousy WEfense off the field. He solely relies on "chunk plays" which is boom or bust. The main can recruit, statistically is decent overall except on "money downs". Unlike the defensive side, he has shown an ability to change and adjust which is commendable. Are their better OC's out there, of course but we have had worse OC's and have worse corches on current staff

Yep, OP must have not been around for the Nix years. Nix never got a job again after his stint here. That should tell you something. Coley will get a job as a QB coach at a minimum somewhere next year.

He should go watch the NC St. game in 2007. Or the last game of the Orange Bowl.
 
Is it Coley or Golden? I think it's Golden who's to blame. He nurses the lead and goes into a prevent Defense and tries to milk the clock on offense. Do I think Coley is a great offensive coordinator not at all, but we still put up 20 points in the first half. Actually it was Kaaya's heads up play on 3rd and long that allowed us to score just before the half. It looked as if Golden wanted to ride the clock out.
IMO it's Golden that holds back this offense
 
I love that people are arguing about which of these morons is the worst. They all suck. Who cares who is worse? You wouldn't keep any of them if you had a choice. It's not worth any of your time.
