Coley has gone over 100 yards receiving twice in 3 years

1. He missed the first 4 games of last season pretty much. Got hurt first drive vs Bethune, sat out FAU, played a series or two against Nebraska until staff realized he wasn't healthy, sat the Cinci game and then his first real game was at Doak vs FSU.

2. He did not drop a pass at all last year.

3. He led the ACC in receiving yards for conference games only. What were the 8 games he actually played? All conference games from FSU onwards.

4. His average YPG would have had him well over 1k if he actually played and padded stats the first 4 games.

5. You can make the case that his sophomore year slump should have never happened but that's on him not taking weight room serious. Family problems and if you want to believe the bs about tooth surgery.

6. Dude didn't have a competent HC or OC. He could have been used way better and more under a real coach. He was poorly used.

7. Let's not forget a teammate robbing him of the long reverse for TD in bowl game that got called back and Herb Waters unnecessary block in the back on the game winning TD they took away from Stacy.

8. We get it by now Rok, you don't like Stacy Coley but at least back up your claim with facts.

Here's the main thing with Stacy Coley. When he's healthy, he's a special talent. He has to stay healthy, Allen Hurns had the same issue at Miami as well and got it together for his last year unless people forget. It's obvious Stacy has put on good muscle now under the new staff, let's see if it will help with durability.

If he stays healthy? Easily a big season for him. His talent never been a question, he just has to stay healthy.

I like Stacy Coley just fine. Glad he's here.

Honest question: Does anyone here think he goes round 1?

No, late round 2 at best

LOL we have all seen what your fat old out of shape self looks like as well as the old hags you call "babes" that you take to the games. You wouldn't want to see any of us or your bowel movements might make that diaper of yours a little heavy on the back.

challenge accepted sweet heart

The FSU game where he had a long TD catch was the only time I remember him making that type of play.

Had a nice one from Morris against USF in 2013.

Agree though, the deep ball isn't a signature part of His game...He's more Wesley Carroll than Andre Johnson.

How can u say that when he's not throwing the ball to himself? Kaaya has thrown a deep ball maybe 5 times in the 2 yrs he's been here.

Lie. Dorsett caught a lot of deep balls from kaaya.

Any deep balls Kaaya threw to Coley ended up with Coley having to stop and wait for the ball to arrive.

Another lie. Vs duke coley sophmore year kaaya hit coley deep in stride and coley dropped it. Go look at the deep passes he threw to dorsett. He threw some dimes to dorsett a couple years ago especially in the fsu game.

He could if he dominates 1 on 1 matchups.
Stacy Coley vs Nate Andrews FSU
Stacy Coley vs MJ Stewart UNC
Stacy Coley vs Brandon Facyson VT
Stacy Coley vs Luke Cole and Max Redfield
Stacy Coley vs Jordan Whitehead Pitt
Stacy Coley vs Tim Harris and Quin Blanding UVA
Stacy Coley vs a talented Duke Secondary
Stacy Coley vs Cordrea Tankersly of Clemson in ACCCG.

That's not a scrub group of DBs. It's show time or he may drop to the third. Big year I could see first round though.

Nate andrews is a safety. Fsu will likely have marquez white on him.

Lie Dorsett caught a lot of deep balls frim Stephen Morris. He disappeared when Kaaya was given the QB job for some strange reason???

Still is around 5 deep passes in 2 yrs from Kaaya. And he would always throw floaters where the receiver had to stop to try to catch the ball

Sleeping on Coley in here. He's going to have a monster year. He's one of the smoothest, most talented WRs in college football. He's close to being as dangerous as Sam Bruce.

Dorsett had 800+ yards and 10 tds and averaged around 20 yards per catch. Thats better than anything he put up with morris. Check facts before you start hating.

Wrong. Go watch the film before you speak.

How many great recievers went against or butch teams and looks ***.... Coley is a problem period and everyone will ses that in the nfl or maybe this year

Comparing Coley to Phillip Dorsett's receiving numbers going into their Senior year, Coley has:

18 more catches
200 more yards
4 more TD's

I think we're good.

Is that why Dorsett got 230 yards in 2013 with Morris and 871 yards in 2014 with Kaaya?
