Yeah. We need a player friendly coach that can woo players in the offseason to come here. We need a guy that can relate to the players on a maturity level, you know, just to make them feel safe. Nice team…with some decent players, and TE that will play on Sundays. The talent level overall is not good, and the competition is poor. Seems crazy to me they are ranked top 20.

I like their offense. Spread, Option & RPO Smash mouth football. The are not loaded with talent but they compete hard. TE is a beast. Definitely P5 caliber. Their recruiting is better because they are winning. They are maybe a year or 2 away from stepping their toe in the P5 waters for an occasional visit.

Agreed about their Oline. I think they are the shortest in the country. I want to say their tallest guy is 6'3 on a good day.

If you check their roster they have some 6-5+ 300+ freshman OL, just not ready to play yet.
