Coaching suggestions you hate

Mario gonna win the PAC 12 and have back to back top 10 classes but he’s not good enough for Miami. Ok.

People want to be right about Cristobal so bad they deny reality. They are afraid that after being against hiring him he could be the coach that got away like we're seeing at Florida with Mullen. These people won't admit their wrong until Cristobal wins back to back NY6 bowl or play in the playoffs.

Charlie "Big Daddy" Weis.

Miami would have "schematic advantage" and he lives in Palm Beach.

Book it b!tches.

1.Pagano
2. Butch

3. Other coaches with "Miami ties"
4. Defensive-minded hires

What's the one thing that Coker, Shannon, Golden, Richt, Diaz all share in common? None of them are offensive innovators. Last year was "if we had a punter", this year is "if we had a kicker". Here's a novel idea: hire a guy who can design offense that stays on schedule and diagram red zone plays to score touchdowns. Leave the kicking game for the corches like Chump or Shanny. Score points, win games, recruit the plentiful local talent and the defense will take care of itself if the DC just stays out of the way (the opposite of Baker/Diaz).

Diaz, needs to get/hire a real coaching staff for him to have any chance. Past friends/people he worked with isnt working. Learn from Ed O.

I’ve hated these suggestions that have already been made on CIS

Cristobal
Schiano
Pagano
Chudzinski

I also hate the idea of Lane Kiffin, which I’m waiting for somebody to suggest.
At this point I'll take any of those except Lane. Remember, Howard failed as NFL HC before he took our job -- three of those guys did too.

not a fan of any of those hires....matter of fact I wasn't too thrilled with Butch, but he proved me wrong.

I do think it’s odd how I see talk about a schematic advantage mentioned on here. And that’s a serious quote people make-not a joke quote made in jest.

Campbell, Fleck, Leach, Mark Stoops. Anyone who will bring discipline to this team while still having P5, proven experience but young enough to have the energy to recruit in SoFla would be desired IMO.

Mark Stoops is a corch. Not as much of a corch as Manny Diaz, but that isn't saying a lot.

Fleck is my favorite out of that group. A coach who can get above average amount of W's at a program more well known for wrestling definitely has my attention.
