I didnt see if Jedd Fisch brought Terry Ricardson to Mich. How about moving Ice to coach LB's, Hurle to DB's, and bring back Terry Richardson to coach RB's?
I am just throwing it out there.

No way. Al and Blake would have had press conference to announce the massive changes underway and take shots at irate fans ruining recruiting.
 
Uh, Terry Richardson is still employed by the Jacksonville Jaguars making waaaay more money there than UM can pay him and he doesn't have to deal with recruiting, so I don't see this as a good plan.

Why would he want to come back to Miami???
 
terry richardson is a good coach. he put 3 UCONN rb's into NFL and two were very productive. He worked well with lamar miller and mike james.

What in god's name does Tim Ice Harris know about coaching LB's, that often is the most critical position on defense where the coach needs to be technically sound this why most DC's will also coach LB's. Now if you want to bring in some changes then bring in Jim Leavitt as Co DC and LB coach, fire Paul Williams moving Hurley Brown to DB coach. An owe yeah replace Jethro with Kevin Patrick.

That would not be a smart move.
