I do agree here lol unless this is some co OC thing where some experienced QB coach comes in with him then it makes sense.

I could maybe understand such a move if the HC is the play caller or is an offensive minded coach - like Ryan Day letting Brian Hartline call plays, but Elko is a defensive guy, so this is WTF.
