Coaching Coaching Carousel 2025-26 - Not Miami Related

The college football timeline has become ridiculous. We could potentially have 4 playoff teams without a head coach (or sitting HC who already accepted a new job) going into the playoffs. Not to mention the possibility of some teams missing a coordinator. For the most important games of the year!

They should just keep it a single transfer portal window but move it to after spring ball heading into summer. Then move the 2nd HS signing period back a month since that really isnt time sensitive anyway. (I would eliminate the early signing period as well but that would hurt early enrollees)

Those changes would cut down the need to rush these coaching hires and might also cool down the transfers a bit without limiting movement.

I'm a WINNER, and you are LOSERS, you ******* mouth breathing losers who live on Loserville!

Who gets into a fight first?

Sumrall v Kiffin or Sumrall vs Golesh?

Battle Royale?

I think Bishop may have been one or two classes prior. It's been awhile. He played for Sam Miller whose players never went to UM.
Bryce is a homeboy of mine. Great guy. Was in the same class as Vernon Carey (1999). Believe he was actually #1 to Carey #2 in the country.

Good call on Sam Miller. Derrick Gibson, Malcolm Tatum, Bryce, Greg Cole, Steven Tulloch, Pat Thomas, Andre Maddox and on and on left Miami under him. I think between Tony Gaiter and Bobby Washington, every D1 player from Killian went somewhere other than Miami.

Sean Taylor was a sophomore on that 1999 Killian team, before he left to Gulliver...might have been the same story otherwise.

I assume you mean FOR stein? Cause I agree if so. Kentucky is getting a massive steal if this is the case imo. No way on **** he should be going there if he wasn't from Kentucky... I think this dude could have waited and got a much better job.

I mean if Kentucky was willing to spend it okay I guess but man.

Oregon gonna lose OC and DC before playoffs though is nice

Also I'd have far preferred Kentucky to have hire Hartline. Send that **** to no mans land I. Kentucky where WRs don't want to go... Then again Ohio St And LSU recruits itself for WRs
I hope Hartline leaving would have a similar effect like Kerry Coombs leaving. Ohio St still gets good DBs but when he was there it was different.
