It’s done.
I thought he was never going to leave the state of Ohio and with Cincinnati move to the Big 12. I thought he was locked in.

It’s a “I need to strike the iron while it’s still hot” move. He knows he can’t sit around forever at Cincy waiting for the perfect opportunity to come available.
Wisconsin has proven to be a stable program for winning/resume building and he can likely parlay it into a bigger job in 2 to 3 seasons.
