He dipped back to the nfl after going like 1-11 in year one. Offense needed a complete overhaul that was gonna take 3-4 years. He didn't have the patience

Clemson is RIPE for the picking. Also, maybe it is more of a symptom of coaches not wanting to work for Dabo than a love for promoting from within

Knowles to Ohio State is very interesting. Big change going from single high (Cover 4 under Barnes tbf) to the chaotic defense that Knowles will bring to the table.

Need to see what Ohio State's personnel groupings look like next year. They've got some weak groups (relatively speaking) next season and they could benefit from a high pressure scheme.

Not as a recruiter but he’s supposed to be a good teacher and schematic guy. Their LBs were night and day better this year and he got some young guys ready to play quickly.

I would rather be a head coach at Duke, he can steal checks like cutcliffe did for 5 or 6 years, Imagine working under Joe Judge who will be fired after this season maybe next if he's lucky.

Started out as a GA at Texas towards the end of Mack Brown’s tenure, went to East Texas Baptist as OL Coach, was at Baylor with McGuire for 2 years, then went to North Carolina as a QC for Mack Brown again & spent last year as Co-OC/OL coach at Austin Peay alongside Kirk Bryant.
