UGA is about to swipe Fran Brown from Rutgers to coach CBs. I know we’ve discussed his name at various points going back to Manny’s era. Big pickup for them.

This is a name which has come up in many of the coaching circles. He has been steadily climbing the ladder. It wouldn't surprise me to see him at a P5 program 2-3 years from now.

That would be a good pickup for them, he’s a Northeastern recruiter & UGA recruits the DMV area heavily.

Hopefully it keep their asses out of South FL, just stay up there in MD/VA & battle it out with Bama, UNC, PSU, Michigan & OH ST for all those area prospects.

Yep, the National Champs’ stamp for UGA definitely helps. I’m sure he sees this as a way to fast track him getting a HC gig, because I’m pretty sure he was Co-DC under Schiano.

Players absolutely hated him here in New England. The radio always talked about it, but I remember being at a week 17 game vs the bills and he was just ripping the O linemen after every series. I’ve never seen an NFL coach consistently yell at his players like he did. Guys had zero respect for him here.
