Interesting list. At one time or another, someone on this board has gone all in for a bunch of coaches on this list... saying they would be perfect at Miami.

Scott Frost, Mike Leach, Dino Babers, Jim Harbaugh, PJ Fleck, Justin Fuente... even Norvell was thrown in there before he went to FSU.

I don't know what that says, but I'm sure it says something.

Most of these were the "hot up and coming" coach types, with the exception of Harbaugh. Maybe goes to show those types of coaches are a crapshoot.

They had a very good year 3 years ago and Louisville was gonna throw a ton of money at him. I think Tennessee was after him also. Purdue stepped up to keep him.
