Mark Richt - But that is not happening so lets move on to some potential realistic changes

1. Stacey Searles - OL is awful and has gotten worse year over year. And its not a matter of talent or recruiting anymore. He simply just isn't getting it done.

2. Jon Richt - Wasted salary & coach. Loses top QB targets. QBs on the team have shown no improvements. We got freshman QBs dominating CFB all over the country and Richt and Richt Jr. can't get their hand picked RS Fresh QB on the field cause "he's not ready". He needs to go. What an ego move by CMR to hire his son.

3. Rumph & Banda - do we really need two separate coaches at DB? Our CBs suck (besides Bandy) and have sucked for the last 3 years. Still can't find the ball or stop slant routes. O yea also, we lose the top DB recruits from SoFla every year.

4. Patke - OLB coach? wtf is that? Richt had a chance to hire a real 10th coach and he wasted it on a guy that should be a GA

Searles should be left on the Boston tarmac airport after that performance by his unit... He needs to get fired before the season is over that is absolutely embarrassing when you have some good talent in the trenches.

Jon needs to get axed for our new OC/Qb coach...

I agree that we need to fire one of patke, banda/ rumph for a true STs coach

Nothing is going to matter with Richt still HC.

UGA already did this whole “lets fire his staff and get better coaches under him” thing and guess what? Team was no different, maybe even worse.
 
Tell the O line coach and the guy who is supposedly "coordinating" our special teams to get the **** out of dodge too.
 
Fire Jon - Just look at our QB play. They speak for itself.
Fire Searels - No one has developed under this guy. Everywhere he goes the offensive line is putrid. It even more sickening that he is our highest paid assistant. If we're firing ANY this guy HAS to be first considering his pay for terrible production.

Those 2 are automatic NEED-TO-BE fired coaches.

IMO, Rumph is a waste of space but he is on the low end of the need to be fired scale. I would just let Banda take over the DB room. Players are actually developing under him as safeties. After DL, safeties have been the position group that year to year has gotten better. Not only that but Banda can actually recruit.

Remove Diaz as the LB coach and make Patke the LB coach. Shocked by this statement? Well don't be because if you haven't notice I haven't complained about McCloud all year, why? because the dude is actually developing into a pretty solid LB under Patke. IDC what anyone says the quick development of McCloud especially the way he was playing before Patke started working full time with him is down right impressive. I've let it be known millions of times how slow, lost, and bad McCloud was playing and it like he became an solid starting ACC caliber LB over night. Not to mention, Patke is getting the most out of Romeo Finely. Patke is also recruiting well at LB so Patke can stay.

The jury is still out on Simpsons because he just lost a layup to Bama. Some of the prospects like Holly and especially Munoz are puzzling. Not the type of guys to take early in the cycle.

I've been saying it since like, last year. This S&C staff needs to go. We got neck injuries all over the **** place. We get handled by any team with a identify of being physical. Tell me how this is any better then Swasey? Our players get dragged around by RB. How many times did you see us gang tackle and the RB by himself push the pile for 2 yards? SOFT.

Not only that, but our O-line get 0 push and it doesn't matter who we play. I remember we got stuffed by Savannah State at the goal line. May it be technique or strength ALL I Know is we can't push ANYONE. Toss both of them out.

Patke was the worst hire ever. Been saying it since the day he was hired.
 
**** fellas I keep reading this thread and it reminds of house shopping.
Well the roof has a sag in it and a leak. The foundation is cracked a little in The southwest corner. The septic tank needs a new drain field. The panel box and fuses have to be replaced. The master and second bath has mold. Some evidence of termite damage in some of the trusses.
Sooooo what your saying is that I need to demo the whole thing correct?

Miami is not UGA, If Richt thinks this sh** could fly here like it did at Athens, he better get his head out of his a**, people will fly banners here till the message is clear, we’re not going through year 4 with another AL Golden.

The South Florida press has a way with underperforming coaches. Way different from the folks working at the Athens-Banner Herald
