Manny and it aint particularly close...
and I haaaaaaaaaated Radio and Al the pal...so that's sayin something

Golden was the hardest to support.
Manny probably the worst but that beat down of FSU in 2020 was great.
Randy in 09 when we beat FSU opening night, was fun to watch.

I never really enjoyed watching any games under Golden. Duke Johnson was the only thing to look forward to. Even the “orange out” against UF was a pretty boring game.

Shannon was given a lot better roster than people think, we were close enough to the glory days to rebound but his personality was a huge problem. You can't be passive aggressive and a leader. He had no leadership skills at all. Manny was more fake it til you make it and he really did grind to try to make it, he just didn't have the contacts or experience to make it happen. Manny being let go came down to 1 play against FSU.

It was the only time in my life I rooted for FSU. I’m not ashamed to admit it. I don’t think the administration would have had the guts to fire Manny if he (and especially Lashlee) had kept that streak going.

I know the 2009 team was young but that was Shannon’s chance to really make some noise nationally. He did going 3-1 against 4 tough teams but **** the bed after that Clemson loss. 2010 was a disaster all together.

Manny wanted to be the players friends more than their coach. He was in over his head. Heck of a DC for us 16-18 but after that Central Michigan game I knew this was going to be a struggle with him as HC. We were blessed in 2020 with guys like King, Phillips, and Roche.

I just wanted it to be over. King was already out for the year so didn’t give a **** at all. I rooted for losses just to get Manny out.
 
Golden wasn’t a culture fit and he kept his butt buddy employed longer than he should have. Getting destroyed by Clemson, ND, K State and went 0-5 against FSU. He did get us Duke, Perryman, Kaaya, Walton, Coley, Shaq, Redwine, Jaquan Johnson, Chad Thomas, McIntosh, Dorsett, Norton, Michael Jackson, Flowers. He also was thrown into the fire with the Nevin ****.

Shannon brought in the number 1 ******* class and didn’t do **** with it, got embarrassed by Virginia to close out the OB, **** the bed after starting out the 09 season strong and did even worse in 2010. He did beat FSU tho, something Golden never did.

Manny did well in the portal (King, Rambo, Phillips, Roche). Went 2-1 against FSU but for the love of **** he let the players run the show and he wanted to be their friend rather than a HC. Then add on the numerous blowouts (Unc, FSU, Clemson, Bama) and the embarrassing losses to La Tech, FIU, and almost Central Michigan.
