Coaches Rank Their Most Overrated/Underrated Colleagues

I believe so, he wanted autonomy in player personnel in terms of picking all his own players & the front office in San Fran at the time had had enough of him lol.

Harbaugh is a maniac & wants everything his way, Michigan is a cushy job for him because it's his alma mater & they worship him because he's the best HC they've had since Lloyd Carr so their boosters are willing to pay him whatever he wants to keep him, but the jokes on them because Harbaugh will never make the return on the investment lol.

He gets to legally rob them blind because he's a halfway decent coach, but Mich is never winning the B1G as long as he's there.
At the same time, you don’t want to be like Nebraska, firing a 10 win guy just to end up being a perennial 4 win team

Even with their big booster, I’m not sure they can close the gap with Taint.

I have a bunch of friends that went there. They are pretty much at the point where they are done with him but feel like if he can’t win there, then who will.

PJ Fleck, Matt Campbell or Clark Lea.
I was going to add Luke Fickell, but realized he played at Taint as well as coached. He’s probably waiting to see if/when Day jumps to the NFL. Day was on Chip Kelly’s NFL staffs.

Campbell would be a solid choice.
