I'm not sure how good they are this year but historically there has been a thing where Oregon is better at blowing out bad teams than their rivals are (e.g. Penix Washington, Ohio State last year) then Oregon ends up losing to their rival because the stuff they do to blowup bad teams better doesn't directly translate to the peer matchup.

Oregon didnt skip Miami. Miami was #7 last week. Miami moved up one over Texas.
