Systems don't win championships but they sure as **** help....so I'm assuming with the staffs belief is players win championships and I'm ok with that. That means they know they are fuqed and don't have the horses so they don't even believe they will turn it around. Worse thing that can happen is winning the bowl game and us lucking into some wins next year cause UM admin will give them lifetime contracts.
