I can see why we are recruiting OL at a high level. Searels tells it like it is and he seems to give a fair shot to everyone of competing for a spot.

I think Cager will step up.

He had some lulls in the middle of the season. Dude look terrified against FSU. People forget we threw him two jump balls a couple plays before Langham’s TD....and dude did nothing with it. Got washed out of bounds by Mcphadden.

That’s why it was great to see him bounce back against ND, Virginia and Wisconsin.

A little adversity this spring might be good for him.

Cager really doesn't have a choice. Last year I think caught him off guard as I think he thought we would just ride with him until the wheels fell off because we had nobody else behind him...enter...Darrell Langham. If Cager cant get it together, Langham will be there to take his reps. That simple.

Cager turned the corner late in the year , it took a some time to get confident in knee ( which is normal).

After the knee brace was gone you knew he was getting his confidence back. He’ll have a breakout year.
