Our d line has improved especially against the run. I loved the adjustments at half time when our lineman would go hard up field then stop and box Frenchie in. Under Kool we would keep running hard up field and get gashed.

Well, Kool wa hype here in MIA because he did some **** at ******* MISSOURI.... and we were STARVING at the time because those were the Mark D'Onofrio days for us.... lmao we was DESPERATE for anybody who wasn't about that patty vcake ****... so we were just hapy to get whatever morsel we cou.d LMAO

Jess Simpson is a better coach. Thank God Miami is back on track. Al Golden was a god**** disease.
 
Simpson comes from the Seattle Seahawks school of DL (which comes from Kiffin/Dungy) The theory being to get in the gap as fast as possible, but also to control that gap.

He’s doing a great job sofar. You could tell from the practice videos that he emphasizes controlling your gap against the run.

If we had a legit LB coach to pair with him, the defense would continue to edge its way towards an elite unit.

Our run defense is bipolar or something. We gave 215 yards to UNC on 40 carries then give up 70 yards to FSU on 33 carries.

Weird.
