Nah. Our fans can be homers. But the vast majority of posters here have been consistent on Kul. Great developer, bad recruiter. And most of us are ****ed he left the cupboard mostly bare while going to Bama, whom we all hate.

Kul was interviewing for jobs before his plane left Missouri for Miami. I think the fans are pretty spot on here. If you look at the DL when he arrived versus how he left it, it's hard to give him a fantastic review.

Our DL is much improved under Kool, but there are better recruiters and Simpson strikes me as a "college coach". Recruiter, developer, mentor in no particular order. I really like this hire. We have a guy who wants to be here. Might take a year or two, but he'll get guys we couldn't get in the past...my $0.02.
