So impressed of how well spoken these guys are. Love how Pinckney talked about how everyone is against us and how they play with a chip on their shoulder. I hope the boys stay focused and hungry. #GoCanes
 
I love the general demeanor of this team. They don't look joyful at all and know they left a lot out on that field. That's progression.
 
Love Richards accountability. Don't need to get on a kid that's clearly hard on himself. Self motivated kids are much easier to win with!

Coach is really knowledgeable and great teacher. He breaks everything down.

So impressed with this staff and the team they've assembled. We had a lot of attrition during the coaching transition, most good, some bad. We're still thin in depth and hihg-end talent. But this team now is stronger and more mature mentally than I've seen it in decades. They're winning on grit as much as talent right now.
