I think our homefield advantage on Saturday is being HEAVILY underestimated & disrespected.

underestimated, maybe. Disrespected? How? Besides the GT game where we had rain and an insanely loud crowd, when has there been a legitimate reason for people to fear Miami having a homefield advantage at Landshark/Sunlife/HardRock?

It's probably the only thing that can help determine whether Miami wins that is actually up to the fans to provide on, and we flat-out don't do it anymore. That being said, I think this weekend is going to be it. I expect us to have a real impact on the outcome of the game. Diaz's interview should have us all fired up, afaik we're all defenders on Saturday.

The canopy was seconds away from being blown off in last year's FSU game

2011 against Ohio Taint was also incredibly loud

Not sure how regularly you go to home games, but there have been several instances of this happening. Big enough game equals big enough crowd equals home field advantage. Tough to have home field advantage when you're 3-5 in November and have Arl Gorlden as your corch
