Well in his second season at Miami, CMR won the division.
In Butch’s second season at FIU, he blew a two game lead and lost with the division on the line vs FAU and Marshall.
In UAB’s second season back from not having a team they won their C-USA division (added this just so you can’t say Butch inherited a bad team)

Nothing against Butch but at this point I would rather give the job to Manny. I think Diaz could be a good HC. Not my first choice but if he goes out and gets a great OC I think it could work.
