Coach Richt and Mat Drills

I use to hate team drills where if one dude Screwed the whole team suffered. **** that ish, make his *** run or start over

Did you see the players questions and answers from yesterdays interview. I saw Coach Richt but the video I was watching ended before the EE and Coaches were questioned.
 
and from what they said everyone has to be in synch. If someone screws up everyone has to do the drill again.

he took these to georgia from fsu. there are a bunch strategically-placed trashcans around the gym because they make guys puke on the reg.

mat drills also (literally) killed devaughn darling because of their intensity and him having the sickle cell trait.

He spends 20 minutes in the cold tub afterwards... When he started he realized that he wasn't in as good a shape as he thought... He said now that he and everyone else are getting into better shape.. the more intense they make the drills... In other words.. its going to be a work out they will continue to push the envelope... He said I'm not in High School anymore.

can we get some videos of something for them? when golden was here we got videos of walk ons who sneezed.

Before the practice limits came in, JJ would start entire practices over, in the dark if necessary, if he wasn't happy with effort -- or if he just wanted to be a ****** Your kid is one I think would have shined back in those days. Can't wait to see him run through the Smoke. Get a copy of Mike's hit on Tamarick Vanover for him to watch every day. Waiting for the first wood delivery!!!
 
it will take a copy of months for their bodies to adjust. by august, the guys who have been through this will look like monsters.
 
I hope the OL participates in these drills. Maybe they will lose some of their guts and cut down on penalties.

Watch the video. This is the WHOLE TEAM participating. This **** ain't optional...lol
