Some things you just can't recruit against. I remember years ago listening to Darrell Revis tell a story about his recruitment. His top two choices were Pitt and Penn State. He went on a visit to PSU and didn't like how the school was located in the boonies. He liked being in the city instead so he committed to Pitt.
