I was trying to think of something to challenge this and I can't. You may just be right.

Could be. JT could also eye an NFL position coach gig over a DC job in college if that's his ultimate goal to be in the league. With him being the name/rep that he is, he doesn't *have* to be a collegiate DC to reach his goals.

Also, Nicholson might have come in, worked his *** off, and has the build/pedigree to be a collegiate DC and Mario is recognizing that and rewarding it with this co-DC tag. Cannot discount that.
