I listened to a good chunk of this last week. I won't bother to go back and find out precisely what he said, but the part that caught my eye (or my ear) was him praising Saban. And he said something that I found surprising--I'm paraphrasing--but he said Saban isn't the best xs and os coach or something like that, but is the best organizer or CEO ever in the college game. You can see how that organizational discipline or talent has carried over to Mario/Mirabal. There is no guarantee they have learned and can implement it here, but I do like this approach because I think in the college game, too big to fail likely succeeds more often than not.
