He will likely NEVER coach again and he knows that. Dude isn't a quality coach to begin with, he's not a good tactician and lacks self awareness. He's a "Dude from the neighborhood" that happened to get into the Juco ranks, and was fortunate enough to get hired by a DESPERATE school. Indy was a DESPERATE program when they hired him and he was able to ride some bouncebacks to a couple of good seasons.

I believe that he does give a **** about the kids, but he's a meathead that lacks the intelligence to truly make an impact. I could see him being a solid HS coach, if he would behave like an adult.
