I'd keep Dugans and Hartley. The others can/must go. Everyone says Manny is a weak recruiter, so keep our best guys on that side of the ball, who are also decent coaches. This year WR production was bad (probably a result of QB play), but Dugans had them blocking and playing hard the previous two years.
