I want to give a huge shoutout to one of our best and under appreciated coaches. Coach Beard has put together a very special WR room. It’s not just now. They have been producing like crazy the past few years. He deserves more credit for what he has done. From recruiting to development he has turned that position group around.

I’ll admit it. I thought it was a “nepotism” hire. I was wrong and I’m here to capitulate.

The receivers are REALLY well-coached. Polished, patient, excellent feel for the game, hands catchers, blockers, and very productive.

The improvement from Horton is jarring. We have 3 kids on the Biletnikoff list, and #2 might be the best of the bunch.

I really can’t say enough about how good the receivers look. It’s such a professional looking organization and so great to see. You can tell these kids are so well schooled, every snap, everyone is on the same page.

My flowers tonight go to Coach...

I think we were all critical of him. Not for his coaching, but recruiting. Seemed like we weren’t getting any elite receivers. Now it’s one of the best rooms in the nation. Might be the best.

KB has always been a good coach. People just got butt hurt because he couldn’t convince 5 star local kids to choose Al Golden over Nick Saban.

To be fair, if he could consistently sell Al Golden, he should be negotiating our I**n deal and not coaching.
