Step 1= Al Golden was only here to get us through probation
Step 2 =Mark Richt is here to get our roster (depth,we look like a football team)and facilities up to Power 5 standards ✔
Step 3= UM will hire a Top End coach who's only job will be to win and win Big ! #6 ,@ 1 for the other hand .Luv 📙_📗 Hate State🍢

Lmao UM has never hired a top end coach. If the formula doesn’t work under this staff then u have to start to question the champion ship potential of the program overall imo. Richt is a good coach. Can we still compete with big dawgs in modern football..we’ll never be bama or Texas with the budget of those schools. We have the facilities now. And a good staff

We got the one thing that will always separate us from the rest of the pack, their facilities and their big budgets and that is our Miami mentality. Coach richt is filling this roster with a bunch of guys that have the right mentality and will weed out the weak. For instance if perry dont get alot of that weakness out that he's doing, its ok, somebody waiting in the wings for that spot. Coach richt will start whoever has earned the spot not the most talented.

CFB is vastly diff today. The parity is real. Aside from bama. Everybody has good facilities. Everybody gets good athletes. To me richt has us on schedule. To the other fans who complain about him, they want instant success as though we haven’t been irrelevant for more than a decade b4 MR got here. I’m willing to be patient and give him the rest of this and next year..then I’ll sit back and evaluate were the program is headed. Some here want him now

This is factual.

Aside from Jimmy Johnson, none of the other coaches have done anything of substance outside of Miami. But his record before Miami was nothing special.

Miami will have to get lucky ... With, either, Richt having transcendent talent on the team, or with the next hire being the "next big thing".

But Miami ain't hiring a top coach away from his current job. Anybody who thinks that is fooling themselves, IMO.

Either we got alot of new bandwagon/turnover chain fans who dont know football or we're being infiltrated, cause anybody call for coach richts job must have amnesia or are asinine. In just 2yrs he's brought this program back to relevancy, we are in the running for recruits that wouldnt even visit or barely look this way prior to coach richt getting here. Recruiting is on track, the defense is on track, we need to pick it up some in my opinion with the o-line recruits as far as numbers go, other than that, we good. I keep saying people acting as if coach richt took this program over from butch davis. I kind of expected the offense to be like it is once Ahmon got hurt for sure, but i didnt expect much of a running game when they announced wthe o-line look and than once irvin and poledney got hurt, i could see this coming. Good to see your post, and its good that coach richt is his own man and patient!

Bro you bias on everything. LOL. That 09 team went 9-4 and wouldn't beat the brakes off last year's team. We get yall want Butch but facts are facts Richt has a better win percentage and won 10 games a season more than Butch. They BOTH don't have championships as a head coach. Facts are Facts!

In that case what you think about Ron Zook building Urban Meyer's team. That's loser talk. You should win with the team you build. Tony Dungy doesn't get credit for Jon Gruden's Tampa Bay team. So u think Mark Jackson gets credit for Steve Kerr's Warriors team? LMAO
