He's given you 15 years of proof. Rick is a proven entity at a similarly situated program. This doesn't require the sort of projection you need when hiring a G5 coach or a coordinator.

It was a safe hire in that we can be pretty sure his floor is about 8 wins. Rick isn't a guy who will flame out spectacularly.

Kaaya is who he is, and he's capable of performing well enough to beat UNC and FSU as proven with his play this month when the game plan is called according to his strengths. It was Richt who limited him and the offense in October and had us go winless. To excuse Richt because we have a "mentally retarded QB" is ridiculous.

LMAO, we didn't change our offensive philosophy. We tweaked a few things when it became apparent that our QB is severely limited. Is that not expected when a coach and QB work together for the first time? Notice how Fuente and Evans have had their ups and downs. This stuff doesn't just click overnight the way it does on Playstation.

He'll likely average 9.4 wins here like he did there, and he'll have to prove he can not be his main rival's toilet before I believe that has changed.

We have been hot garbage for 12/13 years yet some people expected a miracle this year. Still, we were 2 bullshyt calls away from beating UNC and FSU. Notice how we easily destroyed teams that beat them when the refs had no reason to be bias against us, since we were out of contention.

Is Ritch Nick Saban? No! but he sure is a lot better than any other option we had. And listen, I'm a Butch guy, but Butch wasn't going to win here, too many years out of football to be successful in a P5 conference. He will be good for FIU promising 2 and 3 stars the world.

We are one player away from literally owning the ACC ( a Lamar Jackson). Let Ritch recruit and give the blueprint more than 1 year to work. Coach Ritch has proven that he can get elite guys to commit. Those elite guys can change an entire program. Right now we have none on offense.

Jesus the man donated a million ******* dollars to this program. What other coach has done that? At least give the man a recruiting class or two before vomiting diareah out the mouth.

We could've easily gotten Fuente and for the past 3 years, including this one, he's looked the better coach.

He lost to teams we beat. He has a similar record than us. he came from a lesser conference and doesn't know south Florida. Why would anyone think he would do better than CMR at Miami. And why would anyone believe he would have gotten an IPF approved before even taking the job.
