So take it for what it's worth.....most sure how accurate this info is but a buddy of mine who lives in tralierhassee and graduated from FSU says that Jimbo wants to win a close game (single digit) so Miami will keep Al. Again not sure how accurate it is and sounds kinda silly to me just wanted to see had anyone else heard anything similar.

He better be careful, Corn has not been fully "Goldenised" and might win the game with last minute pick-six, punt return, or scoop and score.
 
No chance. If it's close its because FSU can't make its offense work. They are going to want a big victory after dropping in the polls twice due to close wins.

Right, but Jimbo doesn't want Butch riding around South Florida next week introducing himself to guys he already thought he had locked up as the next head coach of the University of Miami Hurricanes, talking National Championships in living rooms with parents who remember the team he built.

That said, we might be overthinking this. FSU is in reloading mode.

A lot depends whether or not a critical mass of the BOT is tired of seeing the football program treated as a doormat in the weakest division in the weakest conference in Power 5.

Most stupidest post ever. Like it matters if he loses close or not. FSU is not that good. If its close it's because of that. They may run for a million yards btw, so I'd be surprised if its close. They win by at least 10
