Clemson's Tight Ends

Something tells me Clempsun will be utilizing their tight ends alot in the Miami game. God knows this has been a struggle for us over the past 15 years. I can't remember the last time we had linebackers who were solid at pass coverage, although I do remember this gem from Darryl Sharpton vs. the Clempsun Tygas (ok it's not exactly what I could call "pass coverage"... More like attempted murder lol):




Here are a couple of articles on how Clemson has been getting their tight ends involved again as part of their offense this year. One of the articles says they weren't used as much in the Citadel victory, probably to not reveal too much to other defenses doing film study IMO. Baker better be ready for this!

We're spoiled down here in Miami. I find hotter chicks than these at any Publix or Target lol. But what can you do? If I were a Clemson student I'm sure I would adapt, even though I would know that a Clemson 10 is probably no better than a Miami 6. Boy's gotta eat right?

Yeah it would be a national news story today. Funny thing is I'm almost sure we laid out another Clemson tight tend during another year the two teams played. I just couldn't find it on YouTube. I wanna say it was a day game, maybe at Hard Rock. If I find it I'll post it. Anyhow that's one way to stop their tight ends: lay them the f out (without being ejected of course).
