If you "write" for SB Nation and you have a handle (Drewtigeralum) instead of an adult name—news flash, you're not a "writer". You're a hack that thinks they're a writer, gets a lot of pats on the back via your team's message board and someone reached out to you to cover the team for no pay ("We'll give you exposure!!!)—as that site needs eyeballs and free content.

The author of the SB NATION article (Drewtigeralum) is most likely the Marketing Director at the Red House in North Carolina, it's a 3hr drive to Clemson, SC so he can visit his sister-Aunt (the same person).

i didnt read the article but what a joke they are the U? Miami was never synonymous with choking in big games like clemson, who gave rise to the term "clemsoning" used whenever teams would get their *** beat on the big stage or choke. Miami was known for showing up when the lights are brightest that writer must be about 15 years old and has no clue about Miami's history before they finally won last year they were best known for getting 70 hung on them in the orange bowl but now they are the U?

I agree on not spreading the word of little pricks like this.

That said, having married in to a Clemp Son family, I had to give that ***** a click. And while Clemp Son fans are pretty much as D Money says... to your face..., don’t get it twisted. This piece of “writing” is truly a pretty good sense of how those two championship, never knew a hard time in their lives cause they just didn’t really care until their team got good, nouveau riche, southern charm smile to your face while talking **** the minute you turn your back little choads, think about us. Dabo said just as much two years ago when he called us “bush league” right after knocking our QB the f out and running us out of our own stadium.

It’s time to get over the love fest for these two faced, think the history of the world started three years ago, frauds and pretenders to OUR THRONE, and get on the warpath to payback and retaking what is ours.

It’s business.

It's his shtick. Check out his previous articles, they are all over the top 'hate' write-ups. It's along the lines of Dan's The More You Know. Also, who gives a crap.
 
Most of that piece wasn't even about the point he was supposedly alleging (that this U team isn't nearly as good as the championship teams of the past). I think Richt himself said in an interview midseason that this team was playing very well but had to rely on guts and creativity to eek out wins and couldn't "impose our will on people" like the old U teams could. He then went on to talk about recruiting for the future and building depth. So I don't know what fantasy this Clemson guy thinks he's busting. Miami and its fans are having a great ride this year and enjoying the **** out of it. Saying we're not fully "back" right now says nothing about where we're going and we will be soon. If anything he just sounds resentful at how far Miami has come in a short time. Dabo sure wasn't 10-1 in year 2.

Yeah, it was immediately obvious he has a certain style and merely transplants whatever fits the next opponent or theme.

Not terrible, or clever, or meaningful.

It probably goes over well with that fanbase, which wants to believe the recent seasons are more dominant than actual. Basically it's a Deshaun Watson column without Deshaun Watson.
