Clemson vs Syracuse

So wait it’s not that Dabo was a great coach? It’s not that he knows how to develop? They didn’t smashed us in 2017 because of the culture they had in place?

Yall are telling me that this whole time, all we needed was TALENT? Lmao some of you guys have sworn throughout the years that teams can win with lesser athletes. That might be true, but you don’t steamroll teams like Clemson used to do without a significant talent advantage.

$$$$=talent=wins=rings

I dont wish injury on anyone

but angeli going down makes that Syracuse game a lot more manageable and he got the job done giving Clemson their 2nd acc loss

You ever heard him speak? I'm a native Texan, every kid from the suburbs of Austin isn't some urbane cat. He's not Tim Tebow levels of weird, but there's always been this "God, Family and Football" vibe with him. I don't think that plays in places where you have legitimate diversity on the roster. Not an accident that Clemson's roster doesn't look anything like it once did, and there's a reason why...Those kids don't have to choose to play for someone like Dabo anymore, because they can get paid ANYWHERE.
Dude is a cornball like a Russell Wilson I don’t want him anywhere near here.

Dabo would've more than likely been on the hot seat since last year if we didn't choke against Syracuse and help Clemson get into the playoffs. So in some way we are responsible for extending this wannabe Pastor's job life.

Honestly he's not a bad coach but if he wants to keep his job he's going to have to meet with those boosters and the AD to explain to them that he will adapt. Even before NIL, Saban had to put his ego aside and adapt to certain things. He better adapt or he's going to preach himself out of a job soon.
