Clemson vs NC State

We've been so cursed that I wouldn't put it past the wrathful gods to rig the outcome so that we win the coastal, Manny keeps his job, Mario et al. go in a different direction, and we get stuck with mediocrity for years to come.
 
From their 247 site:

-Clemson ran for 66 yards on 22 carries (3.0 yards per rush) if you take away the 35-yard quarterback run.

-First downs heading into the fourth quarter: N.C. State 22, Clemson 5. Clemson didn't pick up a single first down in the second or third quarters except for once via PI.

-The Tigers ran 16 plays in the second half.
On the game, State ran 96 plays to Clemson's 49.

-Possession-wise, State had the ball for 41:48 and Clemson 18:12.

-Total yardage, N.C. State out-gained Clemson 386 to 214.

-Uiagalelei was 12-of-26 for 111 yards, two touchdowns, and one pick.

-Clemson had 13 penalties for 94 yards.

Clemson is no longer in control of its own destiny in the ACC. Forget playoff... at this point Clemson might not make it to the Peach Bowl. That's a tough dose of reality.

Oh, and Clemson plays BC next week, who is coming off a really nice win against Missouri....

Now where are all the posters who say we will never be able to compete in the new landscape of college football because it's designed for Bama, Clemson, Ohio State and a few others to get all the recruits and win? That **** is nothing more than a **** poor excuse for **** poor coaching.
