I'm not saying miami should be ahead of ND. For the record I think you're right, louisville probably should be ahead of miami, but I don't think that's how the committee sees it. I think the committee is really factoring in miamis talent level and how they looked the first five weeks of the season where they looked like the best team in the country. It's the same thought process that they use for the NDs. ohio states, and bamas etc. where they'll set them up to get in as long as they don't completely **** down their leg to end the season. If you are saying Miami’s best win is Notre Dame and Miami should jump Notre Dame then the same logic should hold true for Louisville. Their wins would actually be better than Miami’s. Miami and Louisville would have both beaten Pitt. Miami would’ve beaten USF and Louisville would’ve beaten JMU, which is pretty much a wash. Miami would’ve beaten a terrible UF team and Louisville would’ve been a terrible UK team. So that SEC team win is a wash. Miami would have lost at SMU, but Louisville would have won at SMU. Then you have the head to head where Louisville actually beat Miami at Miami.
We never see this version of any team.Would’ve loved to play this version of Louisville
Ron English… didn’t he coach at Ugator under McElwain or Mullin?
Only in our case. Look at all of the head to head matchups within the SEC and see who’s ranked ahead. The pollsters made it obvious head to head matchups mean nothing at all
I think MulletWho was HC 2018-2020?
