Arroyo was misused last year too because Dawson’s offense isn’t designed well for TE’s. It’s terrible. If you’re a slot WR, you’re going to eat in this offense.

All that being said, our TE’s are not good at all.
 
Amazing the “pundits” had Clemson as a top 5 team with nearly half the preseason all ACC team being Clemson players. Couple that with LSU, Penn State, Florida, and Texas and any one of us should be able to publish a preseason list and be taken seriously.

That’s fine. They can’t go to a review center to discuss that. But they can see that replay and make the call on the fumble, instead of just having one guy keep trying to say “We can’t see anything right? We’re gonna say this is upheld right?” over and over again ignoring what’s obvious.

And even more concerning is the two freshmen that everyone raved over hasn’t gotten snaps over these guys. Also still don’t understand our fascination with lining Bauman up in the slot on obvious passing downs. Do we not have a 4th receiver to put out there?

It was actually the on-field ref that was calling for the pylon cam and suggesting he fumbled onto the pylon.

Whoever that little annoying **** was in the command center is a ****wad.

17 recs 135yds 0 tds is our best TE stats thru 9 games lol pathetic.. scheme doesn’t help but these dudes really genuinely are garbage af

Beyond frustrating to see him in the slot. I rather take my chances with Upshaw or Ray Ray.

He was our most dynamic receiver yet least used out of the top 5. His lack of targets in the FSU and GT game showed me Dawson isn’t great at designing plays to exploit defenses. In both games they were conceding the easy stuff. He should have had 7-8 catches in both games. We could have been better.
