Anybody using the bagmen excuse is a moron. Ain’t no **** bag man paying more than a student will earn as a first round pick.
These are guys that are just invested in their programs. No other way to explain it.
wilkins was shook from rj and big nort declaring
Wilkins would have probably been a top 10 or a top 5 pick. Something isn’t right with this ****...
These kids make good money at CU, what do you expect?
I know you’re half kidding.....
But Ferrell is a projected first rounder.
Amazing that kids would turn down millions.....
Maybe they just like playing college football, in a small town where they’re treated like royalty, and they’re assuming the money at the next level will always be there.
Who knows....
It’s super interesting to see other schools can keep first rounders in schoool but we have folks getting itchy the moment they’re projected as a 5th rounder.
article i ready today said none of them received a first round grade from the draft advisory

Wilkens is probably the first tackle taken and he was definitely a first night selection regardless.
For anyone that just finds this crazy its situations like this every year, not that often but its always guys who are projected to go high in the draft that go back for their senior year. The allen kid from Wyoming and chubb from NC state pop in my head immediately. Now were talking about a guy at a better program that has a chance to legitimately win another national championship. Of course as outsiders we scream crazy cause we see millions involved, but at the end of the day he went to that school to win and he wants more of it.

yeah he definitely looks like a first round talent, I'm not sure if who was his particular advisory i think they got it wrong though. here is the quote from the clemson website
"In terms of football, the NFL Draft Advisory Committee also played a part. As hard as it is to believe, David Hood mentioned that no one, even Wilkins, received a first round grade for the 2018 Draft. That uncertainty likely played a part in Wilkins’ decision.
With this decision Clemson’s scholarship numbers for 2018 remain tight. Going into the decision Clemson had 15 commits for the class of 2018 with 9 players classified as seniors, 5 players leaving early or transferring, and 2 walk on scholarships given to younger players. That gave them room for 1 player. The problem with that is Clemson’s desire to sign Justyn Ross, the WR from Alabama, and an OL prospect in Richard Gouraige. Clemson will need at least one player to transfer if not more to get under the 85 player limit come August.
As for the 2018 season, Clemson absolutely has the best defensive line in the country. And that is without adding guys like Xavier Thomas, KJ Henry, Josh Belk, and Justin Mascoll. It’s going to be fun."
